Roma ponder move for Feyenoord star

Roma is in discussions with Eredivisie winning side Feyenoord regarding a move for striker Rick Karsdorp. Roma want to use their recent influx of transfer revenue to sign the talented Dutch defender.  

Since the sale of Mohamed Salah to Liverpoohasoma have been linked with a host of talent from all over Europe but it is defender Karsdorp who is Roma's preferred transfer target.

Karsdorp has been one of Feyenoord's most important players in the Dutch league last year and the 22-year-old also made his first appearance for the Netherland's national team in 2016. 

Karsdorp has three years remaining on his deal at De Kuip Stadium and has hinted that he would like to extend his stay at the club; however the interest of a club the size of AS Roma is likely to tempt Karsdorp and test his resolve.

Karsdorp is valued by Feyenoord in the region of around 10 million euros and Roma are believed to have already made an offer close to that asking price.
