Liverpool, Arsenal vying for La Liga shot-stopper
Liverpool and Arsenal could reportedly tussle it out for the services of Atletico Madrid goalkeeper Jan Oblak at the end of the season.
The Premier League duo are expected to reinforce their goalkeeping positions during the summer as they seek to offer a potential challenge for the title next term.
According to Spanish outlet AS, Oblak has emerged as the prime target for both sides for the summer transfer window, but they will still to trigger the £88m release clause in the shot-stopper's contract.
Oblak has been with the La Liga outfit since the summer of 2014, and he has since earned the reputation of keeping regular clean sheets under Diego Simeone.
Aside from the Slovenian, Liverpool are also said to have AS Roma's Alisson Becker on their radar whilst Arsenal are likewise monitoring the developments of Bayer Leverkusen's Bernd Leno.
