Liverpool, Man Utd and Arsenal target Jorginho open to England move
Liverpool, Manchester United and Arsenal target Jorginho has told reporters that he is open to a move to England this summer. The Napoli midfielder has been a revelation for the Naples side this season in Serie A and has been monitored by a host of top clubs from all over Europe.
Jorginho is said to favour a move to England and it is understood the Premier League trio of clubs have already been in contact with Napoli regarding a potential transfer.
Jorginho himself has been vocal when asked about a potential move to England: "I think that I could fit (in the Premier League). It depends on who else is around me. I need players with the same characteristics that I have.
"There are English teams with this style of play, ball on the ground, quick transitions, high pressure. If one of those teams wanted me, I could fit and the other way round. My football way is not a usual one."
Liverpool are believed to be in pole position to sign the midfielder, with the Anfield side still seeking a replacement for Philippe Coutinho in the attacking department. The disappointing form of Paul Pogba at Man Utd also means that Jose Mourinho's side are in the race for Jorginho, whilst Arsenal's expected transfer exodus this summer could mean the Napoli star could head for the Emirates Stadium.
