Moussa Marega wanted by Everton and West Ham
Both Everton and West Ham are interested in Porto striker Moussa Marega and are hopeful that a deal can be agreed before the summer transfer window begins. Marega has a reported £36 million transfer fee release clause in his contract that allows him to move abroad to another club.
The Mali international striker has bagged an impressive 24 goals so far for Porto this campaign and has caught the eye of some of Europe's top scouts, but it is believed Sam Allardyce's Everton are in pole position to land the striker, with West Ham also in the race.
According to the Daily Mirror, the French-born striker has three years remaining on his deal with Porto, having joined the club in 2016 from fellow Portuguese club Maritimo. Prior to Maritimo, Marega played for Tunisian side Esperance de Tunis. Marega spent his early years in France for a number of smaller clubs, including Amiens.
The 6 foot striker is highly regarded for his finishing ability in the box and positioning and has admitted that he dreams of a move to the Premier League.
