Chelsea, Tottenham to battle for Spartak midfielder?
Premier League giants Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur will reportedly go head-to-head in the pursuit of Spartak Moscow midfielder Fernando in the summer.

According to The Sun, Chelsea and Tottenham have joined Everton in the chase for the holding midfielder, who could be available for a bargain price of £22m this summer.
Aside from the English trio, there is also said to be further interest from the Spanish La Liga with Sevilla and Atletico Madrid understood to be monitoring the proceedings.
Chelsea have struggled to find a suitable replacement for Nemanja Matic during the ongoing campaign with Tiemoue Bakayoko having struggled to adapt to the English game.
On the contrary, Mousa Dembele has been linked with a possible exit from Spurs during the summer and this seems to have intensified the need for a new enforcer.
