Chelsea join race to sign Anthony Martial?
Chelsea have reportedly emerged as fresh contenders to pursue the signature of Anthony Martial from Manchester United this summer.
The France international has made just four league starts since Alexis Sanchez's arrival in January and he is seemingly considering his future away from Old Trafford.
According to The Telegraph, the Blues have joined the pursuit of the former Monaco man, who is also said to be of interest to Arsenal and Serie A holders Juventus.
It is added that the west London outfit have already made contact with United regarding a summer move but Jose Mourinho would rather prefer offloading Martial to an overseas club.
Martial, 22, has enjoyed his best-ever campaign in the United shirt this season and he has contributed 11 goals and 10 assists across all competitions.
Despite this, he has not been able to command a regular starting role amid the added competition from the likes of Sanchez and Marcus Rashford on the left wing.
