Chelsea to sack Antonio Conte within 48 hours
Chelsea head coach Antonio Conte will reportedly be dismissed from his position despite guiding the club to FA Cup glory on Saturday.
The Blues witnessed a disappointing season in the Premier League where they finished fifth overall, 30 points behind current champions Manchester City.
Despite this, the west Londoners ended their season on a high with FA Cup final success but the hierarchy appear to have already made the decision to axe Conte.
According to The Express, it is only a matter of time before Conte is relieved from his duties and former Barcelona boss Luis Enrique is presently the front runner to replace him.
Aside from Enrique, the Blues also have Monaco's Leonardo Jardim and Napoli's Maurizio Sarri on their wishlist and a decision is likely to be made in the next few weeks.
Conte had previously clarified that he won't step down from his managerial position and Chelsea will have to pay a compensation package of around £9m in order to end their association with the Italian.
