Chelsea looking to sign Alisson Becker?
Chelsea have reportedly joined Liverpool and Real Madrid in the pursuit of Roma goalkeeper Alisson Becker this summer. The Blues are currently assessing the future of Belgian shot-stopper Thibaut Courtois, who has just a year on his contract.
According to Gianluca di Marzio, the FA Cup holders are planning an approach to sign Alisson from AS Roma after ending contract talks with Courtois.
Should they succeed in their move, it is suggested that Courtois could end up joining one of Liverpool or Real Madrid during the ongoing transfer window.
Alisson made 49 appearances for the Giallorossi during the recently concluded campaign, out of which 12 came in the club's run to the Champions League semi-finals.
Roma director of football Monchi has recently rebuffed talks of the Brazilian leaving the club but reports suggest that a fee in excess of £50m could tempt the Giallorossi into doing business.
