Chelsea enter talks to sign Ligue 1 attacker
Chelsea have reportedly made contact with the representative of Bordeaux midfielder Malcom regarding a summer move to Stamford Bridge.
The Brazilian footballer has been one of Bordeaux's leading performers over the past year and he was the subject of interest from both Arsenal and Tottenham during the 2018 winter transfer window.
According to French outlet Sud-Quest, Malcom's representative Fernando Garcia is said to have recently met with Blues officials in the English capital after the club expressed an interest in the Brazilian.
Malcom is currently valued at around £44m by the French outfit and the Blues are likely to face competition from Inter Milan for the 21-year-old's services.
Malcom contributed 12 goals and a further seven assists in 35 appearances for Bordeaux last term as they finished a respectable sixth in the league standings. He has three more years left on his existing contract.
