Arsenal, Chelsea interested in Barcelona goalkeeper
Arsenal and Chelsea have reportedly enquired with Barcelona regarding the availability of back-up goalkeeper Jasper Cillessen.
The Netherlands international joined the Catalan giants from Ajax in the summer of 2016 and he has since played second fiddle to Marc-Andre Ter Stegen for the number one role.
According to Sport, the Gunners and Blues have made a formal enquiry for the Dutchman, who has expressed his desire to leave the Camp Nou in the summer.
Cillessen's current contract is said to include a £52m release clause but the Blaugrana are prepared to discuss a lesser fee, should the keeper decide to move on.
The 29-year-old has managed just two league appearances during his two seasons with Barcelona and most of his gametime has come in the Copa del Rey.
Premier League rivals Liverpool have also been linked with the experienced keeper of late but they are yet to make any sort of approach to the La Liga holders.
