Juventus to sign Jack Wilshere?

Juventus have moved a step closer to securing a shock move for Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere. According to a report from Italy, the Turin club have made a significant contract offer to the England international midfielder worth a reported 150,000 euros per week; with the player looking likely to leave the Gunners for a new challenge this summer.

Wilshere has yet to have put pen to paper on a fresh deal at the Emirates and manager Unai Emery has apparently given up hope on persuading the midfielder to continue his stay with the Gunners.

Arsenal had made an offer worth £120,000 per week but there were multiple clauses in that deal around injuries that Wilshere is believed to have been upset about.

Now it appears certain that Wilshere will be leaving Arsenal and Juventus are a surprise target for the player. Juventus had hoped to sign Emre Can on a free transfer but it appears the German midfielder will look to stay in the Premier League instead.
