Manchester United keen on signing Juventus marksman

Manchester United have reportedly earmarked Juventus' Mario Mandzukic as a potential target for the summer as they seek to reinforce their attack for the 2018/19 season.

United are presently well stocked in the attack with Alexis Sanchez joining them in January but the uncertainty regarding the future of Anthony Martial has urged Jose Mourinho to weigh up a possible replacement.

According to The Express, the Croatia international is presently one of the top names on Mourinho's wishlist and United could make a move for his services, should Martial part ways with the club.

The 32-year-old has largely played in a wider position during his three seasons in Turin but he has been effective nevertheless netting 33 goals across all competitions for the Old Lady.

He presently has two more years left on his contract with Juventus but a summer move could be a possibility, should he push for a fresh challenge away from the Serie A holders.
