Everton in advanced talks to sign Brazilian winger

Everton are reportedly in advanced talks with Bordeaux to acquire the services of winger Malcom. The Brazilian was linked with both Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal during the 2018 winter transfer window but a move never materialised with Bordeaux being reluctant to sanction his sale.

However, the French outfit have now made him available for the summer transfer window and according to Sky Sports News, the Toffees are said to be leading the hunt for the former Corinthians ace.

Marco Silva's side have not made a single signing during the ongoing transfer window but that could soon change with officials from Bordeaux prepared to discuss a deal worth an initial £30m in the coming days.

Malcom, who has also been linked with Bayern Munich in the past, could be handed a five-year contract worth £80,000 per week, once he makes the switch to Goodison Park this summer.
