Premier League duo going for Bayern Munich midfielder

Chelsea and Manchester United have been linked with a move for Bayern Munich's Arturo Vidal, according to Bild.

It's yet another transfer window where the former Juventus man will be linked with a move to the Premier League.

In previous windows, the Chile international had been linked to Manchester United and Chelsea with either failing to go through. For Chelsea or United to get the 31-year-old, they will reportedly have to pay the sum of £27.75m.

Chelsea's new coach Maurizio Sarri recently revealed that he is missing some quality in midfield, and it is looking like he is moving to solve that particular problem.

United and Chelsea have both been linked with a move to sign Lazio and Serbian midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic. But the player's price tag of £88m is likely to discourage the two English giants.

Despite the signing of Fred from Shakhtar Donetsk, Jose Mourinho is still looking to sign another midfielder. United still have a lot of midfielders that still have to fight their place as the team is now.
