Manchester City coach Pep Guardiola has praised David Silva's performance against Huddersfield Town in the Premier League, describing it as outstanding.
The Citizens defeated Huddersfield by six goals to one with Silva scoring City's fourth through a wonderful free kick.
"He made an outstanding performance, [his] first game after the summer time," said Guardiola, Manchester Evening News reports.
Sergio Aguero also shone against Huddersfield, scoring a hat-trick to take his goals tally this season to five. He scored twice in City's Community Shield win over Chelsea.
After City's opening day win against Arsenal, Pep Guardiola's men now have six points from two games. City's next Premier League game will come against Wolverhampton Wanderers on Saturday, the 25th of August.
The reigning Premier League champions are currently on fire, defeating opponents, both 'big' and 'small'. With the manner in which City play and score, Premier League followers may just witness Guardiola's team recording at least 100 points for the second consecutive season.
