Chelsea defender agrees terms with Galatasaray
Chelsea defender Gary Cahill could reportedly be closing in on a move to Galatasaray after agreeing terms with the Istanbul outfit.
The England international has been a regular for the Blues over the years but his position has been called into question recently with Maurizio Sarri ignoring him for the Premier League duties.
As such, the 32-year-old is said to be considering his future and Fotomac suggests that the centre-back could make a surprise move to Galatasaray before the Turkish transfer deadline on September 1.
It is added that he has already come to terms over a contract package with the Turkish champions and it remains for the club to reach a suitable agreement with the west London giants.
Cahill recently decided to step down from international football with a view to concentrating on his club career and a move to Istanbul would offer him the chance to play Champions League which the Blues can't this term.
