Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba has reportedly set his sights on pushing through a return to Juventus when the transfer window reopens in January.

The France international was constantly linked with an exit during the recent transfer window with Barcelona, in particular, said to hold a strong interest in pursuing him.

According to Tuttosport, the midfielder could push for an Old Trafford exit as early as January following a breakdown in his relationship with Jose Mourinho.

It is added that the World Cup winner is keen to ply his trade alongside ex-Red Devil Cristiano Ronaldo, who made the surprise switch to the Old Lady from Real Madrid this summer.

Pogba has started the season in a rather slow fashion but he has still found the scoresheet on two occasions - both of which have come from the penalty spot.

Manchester United have made a poor start to the league season with two defeats from their opening three games and this sees them in the bottom half of the standings. They are scheduled to face Burnley on Sunday before the international break begins.
