Watford interested in offering Gracia a new deal

Watford are interested in offering boss Javi Gracia a new deal after a perfect start to the Premier League season, the MailOnline reports.

According to the report, Watford are preparing contract talks with the manager whose contract expires at the end of the season.

Javi Gracia's side have won all their opening four Premier League fixtures, with the last win coming against Tottenham Hotspur over the weekend.

The Hornets will meet Spurs again in the third round of the Carabao Cup after defeating Reading in the previous one.

Gracia joined Watford in January after the dismissal of current Everton boss Marco Silva.

He successfully guided the club to a 14th placed finish last term and is currently flying high despite letting Brazilian forward Richarlison join Everton during the summer transfer window.

Talks have not started, but they are expected to begin as the season progresses.

With his current achievement at Watford, it is expected that Gracia will have caught the eye of other clubs, who will monitor his progress closely.
