Kepa Arrizabalaga speaks about his Chelsea experience

Kepa feels valued at Chelsea

Chelsea's record signing Kepa Arrizabalaga has said that he feels valued at the west London giants and is not feeling the pinch of the price-tag.

The Spain international became the world's most-expensive shot-stopper during the recent transfer window after the Blues agreed to pay the £71.6m release clause on his Athletic Bilbao contract.

Arrizabalaga has since kept two clean sheets from his four Premier League appearances and he has now spoken about the level of comfort since joining the Blues.

In a report covered by The Mirror, Arrizabalaga said that he has not felt the pressure of the price-tag and he is comfortable playing alongside some of his countrymen.

"The price is only that because the market is like that too. Higher and higher figures are being paid and I see it as a consequence of the market," he said. "I feel valued. In recent years many Spaniards have done important things. It is good there are so many of us in the Premier League."

Chelsea have made the perfect start to the season under new manager Maurizio Sarri and they are presently second in the standings with 12 points after the first four games of the campaign.
