Arsenal goalkeeper open to permanent Napoli move?
Colombia international David Ospina is reportedly keen on sealing a permanent move to Napoli from parent club Arsenal.
The 30-year-old was allowed to join Napoli on a temporary basis for the 2018/19 season after the Gunners recruited Bernd Leno from Bayer Leverkusen during the summer.
Since then, the former Nice man has managed to make seven appearances across all competitions for the Naples outfit and he is now said to be keen on sealing a permanent move from the Emirates Stadium, Il Mattino reports.
Presently, Ospina find himself behind the likes of Leno, Petr Cech and Emiliano Martinez in the pecking order at Arsenal and he appears unlikely to revive his Gunners career in the future.
Meanwhile, Napoli have the option to sign Ospina permanently for a £4m fee at the end of the season but they may assess his performance through the campaign before triggering the clause.
