Dele Alli to sign new Tottenham deal
Multiple reports this morning have indicated that Dele Alli is on the verge of signing a new contract with Tottenham Hotspur. The England international, who has been in indifferent form so far this campaign, will sign a new five year contract at the club.
The team, soon to move to their new home at White Hart Lane, have so far started the season in good form in the Premier League with 7 wins from 9. However, Spurs look to be headed for an early exit from the Champions League after a disappointing draw with PSV Eindhoven this week.
Dele Alli will provide some welcome positive news with reports that he is on the cusp of a fresh contract at the club.
The 22-year-old, who has been out through injury, will likely make his return this week against Man City on Monday night.
According to reports, Alli's contract will be worth around £140,000 per week. The former MK Dons midfielder had been monitored closely by numerous teams, including the likes of Real Madrid, who are seeking a new creative midfielder.
