Arsenal ready to sell goalkeeper to Serie A club
Arsenal are prepared to part ways with Colombian goalkeeper David Ospina on a permanent basis when the transfer window reopens at the turn of the year.
The Colombian found himself as the third-choice goalkeeper behind Petr Cech and Bernd Leno ahead of the current season and this saw him join Napoli on a season-long loan.
He has since been a regular feature for Napoli with 10 appearances already on the board and according to The Sun, the Naples outfit could be prepared to secure a permanent deal for his signature in the New Year.
It is added that the Gunners are likely to have no restrictions to the mid-season deal and a fee of just £3.5m could be sufficient to push through the winter agreement for the shot-stopper.
Arsenal boss Unai Emery started the season with Cech as the first-choice shot-stopper between the sticks but he has since utilised Leno in goal after the former's hamstring injury which he has now recovered from.
