David Luiz hails the qualities of Bournemouth striker
Chelsea defender David Luiz has hailed the qualities of Bournemouth striker Callum Wilson, who has been fancied to join the Blues during the January transfer window.
The 26-year-old has struggled with fitness concerns in the past few years with the Cherries but he has managed to overcome the hurdle this term, contributing eight goals and five assists in the Premier League.
Amidst this, Blues assistant Gianfranco Zola recently confirmed that the Blues hold an interest in the marksman and Luiz has now praised the striker by suggesting that he can play for one of the world's best, should he find the consistency in his game.
"He is doing really well. He is a top No.9 with power and great movement. He is scoring a lot of goals, he did well in his first game for England. If he continues in this way, he is a player to play in the best teams in the world." he told Goal.com.
Wilson featured for the entire 90 minutes of the recent League Cup quarter-final at Chelsea where the latter won by a slender 1-0 scoreline. Eden Hazard netted the winner six minutes from time after coming off the bench.
