Paris Saint-Germain to swoop for Arsenal midfielder?
Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey is deemed to have held discussions with Paris Saint-Germain ahead of a potential move to Parc des Princes at the turn of the year.
The Welshman has just six months remaining on his Gunners deal and he appears on his way out in the near future with the club breaking down contract talks altogether.
Juventus and Inter Milan have already been strongly linked with the former Cardiff City graduate but according to L'Equipe, the duo could face stiff competition from Les Parisiens.
It is added that the French champions are keen on signing Ramsey in January rather than wait for a Bosman move next summer and they are prepared to pay a transfer fee of around £18m to beat other admirers.
Ramsey has previously indicated that he may not pursue a fresh challenge midway through the season but that could become a possibility, should Unai Emery opt to pursue a suitable replacement with Ever Banega among those linked.
