Paris Saint-Germain to sign Arsenal midfielder in January?
French heavyweights Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly weighing up a winter move for midfielder Aaron Ramsey, whose contract with Arsenal expires at the end of the season.
The Wales international has spent over a decade with the Gunners where he has made several crucial contributions but he appears set to leave in the near future with the hierarchy declining a contract renewal for him.
According to The Mirror, Les Parisiens are hoping to beat the likes of Juventus and Bayern Munich to the player's services and they are prepared to discuss a cash deal worth £9m next month rather than waiting until the summer.
Still, it remains to be seen whether Arsenal or Ramsey favour such kind of agreement, given Unai Emery finds himself short of senior attacking options following injuries to Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Danny Welbeck.
Ramsey has been a regular from the bench in the Premier League since October but he could feature from the off when the Gunners make the trip to Merseyside to face Liverpool tomorrow.
