Arsenal receive massive player boost ahead of Rennes game
Arsenal have received a massive boost ahead of their Europa League clash against Rennes with Alexandre Lacazette being available to feature in the game.
The France international was initially banned for three European matches after his reckless foul during the round of 32 first leg against BATE Borisov on the road.
However, the north London side have since appealed the decision and they have received a boost with the ban being reduced to two games which have already been served, as stated on their official website.
Lacazette has been the in-form marksman for Arsenal since the beginning of February and he has contributed a goal or an assist in the previous four league games for the club.
As such, the Frenchman's return will certainly provide a lift for the entire squad, given they have to overcome a 3-1 deficit against Rennes in the second leg of the round of 16 to progress further in the Europa League.
