Real Madrid make transfer decision on Christian Eriksen?
Real Madrid have reportedly stalled their interest in Christian Eriksen with Tottenham Hotspur placing a hefty price tag on the attacker's services.
Eriksen has just 14 month remaining on his current deal with the club and this has witnessed him strongly linked with a move to the European champions.
However, according to The Times, the deal appears unlikely to happen in the summer with Los Blancos being put off by the £130m asking price placed on the table by Spurs chairman Daniel Levy.
Spurs are currently facing a dilemma with regards to the future to Eriksen and the Dane could potentially leave the club on a free transfer when the 2019/2020 season comes to a close.
Despite this, manager Mauricio Pochettino has indicated that the club are optimistic of securing a new contract with the attacker and discussions over the same will be held by the end of the campaign.
Eriksen has managed 65 goals and a further 86 assists for the north London side since joining them from Ajax in 2013. He recently scored the winning goal for Spurs in the slender 1-0 triumph over Brighton & Albion.
