Manchester United increase Paul Pogba asking price?

United want £121m for Pogba's sale to Real Madrid

Manchester United have increased the transfer valuation of midfielder Paul Pogba amid suggestions that Real Madrid are prepared to make a formal approach for his signature.

The Frenchman has endured another mixed season in the Red Devils colours and reports have indicated that he is desperate to leave Old Trafford after the wage cut due to their club's failure to make the Champions League as well as the recent abuse from his own fans.

According to Spanish publication AS, Los Blancos are deemed to have already secured their first galactico for the summer with Eden Hazard due to join them from Chelsea at the end of the month.

Furthermore, it is added that the club are prepared to make Pogba their second marquee signing, although the midfielder is likely to cost more than the previous £100m price tag mentioned.

Over the past few months, it has been suggested that a fee in the region of £100m could be sufficient to lure Pogba from the United ranks but Ole's team are now said to demand at least £121m for his proposed sale.
