Manchester United offered chance to sign Dutch midfielder
Manchester United have reportedly been offered the opportunity to sign Kevin Strootman on a season-long loan from Marseille this summer.
The Dutchman has been linked with the Red Devils for the past few years and they have now been offered with a chance to land his services.
According to Sky Sports News, Les Phoceens are aiming to cut their costs this summer and United are one of the clubs, who have been given the chance to land Strootman on loan next term.
Aside from the Red Devils, West Ham United and Everton are said to hold an interest in the Netherlands international, who has previously represented Roma in his career.
United are considering the option of recruiting another midfielder to their ranks this summer with Ander Herrera due to leave on a free when his contract expires next month.
Strootman joined Les Phoceens from Roma in a deal worth £22m last year and he has made 33 appearances over the course of the ongoing campaign.
