Chelsea ready to sell Tammy Abraham on a permanent basis?

Chelsea are reportedly willing to sanction the permanent sale of Tammy Abraham to Aston Villa, provided the newly-promoted Premier League side are prepared to match their asking price.
The England international contributed 26 goals for the Villains during the course of the recent Championship campaign and that helped the team gain promotion to the top-flight through the play-offs.
According to Football.London, the Villains are said to hold an interest in landing the marksman on a permanent deal but they won't land him on the cheap with the Blues said to want at least £25m for their graduate.
Abraham has recently cited that he wants to make an impression with the west London side but he refused to rule out a potential loan return to the Villains next season.
Aside from Villa, Wolverhampton Wanderers are also said to be keeping tabs on the proceedings but they have not made a renewed approach after a failed bid during the January transfer window.
