Manchester United make transfer decision on Mario Lemina
Manchester United are understood to hold no interest in signing Southampton midfielder Mario Lemina contrary to the reports in the media over the past few days.
The Gabon international has supposedly been put up for sale this summer and a recent report from The Sun indicated that Arsenal and United could battle it out for his signature.
However, according to ESPN, that does not seem the case and the Red Devils are rather focusing on signing a midfielder, who can be creative further up the field.
Such a stance may potentially favour the Gunners, given the midfielder is valued at around £18m and would remain within their budget (£45m) for the transfer window.
United have made two signings in the form of Daniel James and Aaron Wan-Bissaka and they are currently in the process of negotiating a deal for Leicester City's Harry Maguire.
On the other hand, Arsenal have landed just one recruit in Gabriel Martinelli from Ituano. They are, however, in talks for the likes of William Saliba, Kieran Tierney and Everton Soares.
