Declan Rice makes Manchester United transfer claim
West Ham United midfielder Declan Rice has said that he has the credentials to play for Manchester United but he is not prepared for the challenge at the current point of time.
The England international has made impressive progress with the Hammers over the past year and he is now regarded as one of the constants in the national setup.
As such, there has been speculation linking him with a move to the Red Devils and speaking to Four Four Two, he has acknowledged that he would be tempted to join the club in the future.
"Don't get me wrong, I think I've got the ability to play for a club like that. But it's all about the timing and I don't think the timing is right for me at all. I've still got so much to learn," he told.
Rice has made three appearances for the England national side since switching his allegiance from the Republic of Ireland. He is expected to feature in the forthcoming games against Bulgaria and Kosovo.
