United still want to sign Dybala

Manchester United are reportedly planning a renewed bid for Paulo Dybala after failing with a summer approach for the Juventus winger.

The Argentine was hotly tipped to join the Red Devils before the English transfer deadline after the club proposed to sign him in a straight-swap deal for Romelu Lukaku.

However, the deal failed to materialise due to concerns over the image rights and wages, and Lukaku ended up making the move to Inter Milan before the Premier League transfer window closed.

According to Tuttosport, the Red Devils are still said to hold an interest in the former Palermo man but they will seek to prise him away from Turin at the turn of the year.

Aside from United, Tottenham Hotspur and Paris Saint-Germain have also been linked with the versatile attacker, who has earned just 14 minutes of playing time with the Bianconeri this term.

Manchester United returned to winning ways over the weekend as they secured a close 1-0 triumph over Leicester City. The victory sees them occupying the fourth position in the standings.
