Chelsea, Arsenal want to sign Premier League winger

Chelsea and Arsenal are both in the running to sign Ryan Fraser whose contract with Bournemouth expires at the end of the ongoing campaign.
The 25-year-old has spent seven years with the Cherries and he was the standout player for them last season with seven goals and 14 assists across all competitions.
He has started the current campaign for the Cherries with one goal and one assist from five appearances but there are still concerns whether he will remain with the club beyond the turn of the year.
According to 90min, the South Coast outfit have so far not found the breakthrough over a new deal with the Scotland international and they face the prospect of losing him on a free transfer next summer.
It is added that both Arsenal and Chelsea are keeping tabs on the situation and they could come up with respective bids for the attacker when the transfer window reopens.
The Gunners were associated with a move for Fraser earlier in the summer before they purchased Nicolas Pepe on a club-record deal. The Blues, meanwhile, are banned from signing players until June 30 but they are hoping to nullify the embargo through their appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
