Real Madrid determined to sign Tottenham Hotspur star
Real Madrid are reportedly set to target the signing of Harry Kane from Tottenham Hotspur when the current campaign comes to a close.
The England international has been a huge contributor for Spurs over the years and he has bagged 168 goals from 259 appearances including four from the opening six games this term.
Still, Kane has not won a single trophy for his efforts with the north London club and Rio Ferdinand recently suggested that the centre-forward should leave Spurs to win silverware.
According to AS, Los Blancos president Florentino Perez is determined to pursue the services of Kane and a formal approach could be made during the 2020 summer transfer window.
Spurs are currently in a strong position to keep hold of Kane, who has more than four years left on his contract, but Los Blancos appear prepared to spend most of next summer's budget to lure the striker to the Bernabeu.
Luka Jovic was recruited by Zinedine Zidane's side during the summer to provide competition to Karim Benzema upfront but the Serbian has drawn blank during his first five games for the club.
