Manchester United ready to break transfer record for Bundesliga star
Manchester United are reportedly prepared to meet Borussia Dortmund's price tag for Jadon Sancho when the current season comes to a close.
The 19-year-old has been a revelation for the Bundesliga outfit since joining them from Manchester City two years ago and he has already bagged 18 goals and 30 assists across all competitions.
United had failed with an approach to sign Sancho from Dortmund over the summer but The Mirror indicates that they will return for his signature at the end of the campaign.
It is added that Dortmund will consider offers in excess of £100m for the England international and United are more than willing to meet the valuation next summer.
Aside from Sancho, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side are also eyeing deals for James Madisson and Ben Chilwell from Leicester City and they are optimistic of pushing through the moves at the same period.
Manchester United have recently jumped to the top half of the league standings following a 3-1 triumph over Norwich City on the road. They are set to face Chelsea in the midweek League Cup tie away from home.
