Predicted Manchester United lineup (4-2-3-1) to face Aston Villa, James and Martial start

Manchester United are scheduled to entertain Aston Villa at Old Trafford in this afternoon's Premier League clash. The Red Devils are winless in the past two games in all competitions and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will be hoping for a strong response with the home advantage.

Predicted Lineup:

Solskjaer has preferred to go with a settled combination at the back and that should be the case against the Villains. David de Gea will start in goal with Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Harry Maguire, Victor Lindelof and Brandon Williams making up the backline.

In the centre of the park, Fred and Andreas Pereira are likely to continue as the midfield pairing with Scott McTominay deemed a doubt following his recent ankle concern. The Scot could, however, make the bench and be called upon during the backend of the game.

In the attack, Daniel James and Marcus Rashford will certainly feature on the right and left wing respectively. Juan Mata could be preferred ahead of Jesse Lingard and Angel Gomes for the number 10 position while Anthony Martial should lead the line.
