Chelsea striker wanted by Inter Milan and Atletico Madrid
Inter Milan and Atletico Madrid are reportedly in the running to sign Chelsea striker Olivier Giroud during the forthcoming transfer window.
The 33-year-old has struggled for gametime during the course of the season and he has been limited to just two starts in the Premier League.
According to Football.London, the Blues are likely to move for a new marksman with their transfer ban lifted and that could open the door for Giroud's exit.
It is added that both Inter and Atletico are keeping tabs on the France international and they could tussle it out for his services when the transfer window reopens.
Giroud has publically stated that he is not content with his current situation at Stamford Bridge and reports have previously claimed that he could be available for around £5m in the New Year.
The striker has been absent for the past two games with an undefined injury and it remains to be seen whether he will make the matchday squad against Bournemouth this weekend.
