AS Roma looking to sign Chelsea attacker

Roma have reportedly made contact with Chelsea regarding a possible move for Pedro during the current transfer window.

The Spaniard has fallen out-of-favour under Frank Lampard this term and he has hardly featured in the Premier League over the past three months.

According to Sky Sport Italy, the Giallorossi have enquired over the possibility of signing Pedro this month, considering his current deal with the Blues is due to expire at the end of the season.

Pedro has been linked with a potential free transfer to either Vissel Kobe or Inter Miami at the end of the season but it is claimed that he could yet leave the club before the winter transfer window concludes.

The Giallorossi are said to be eyeing a cut-price deal for the former Barcelona man as they seek to cover up for the absence of Nicolo Zaniolo, who is ruled out with an injury for the rest of the campaign.
