Barcelona turn attention to Real Betis striker Loren Moren

Barcelona are reportedly interested in signing Real Betis striker Loren Moren, according to Sport.

The Catalans are zeroing in on their best possible options for a new striker who can be a worthy replacement for the injured Luis Suarez.

The report adds that Betis have labelled €60m for Moren, but Barca can get his services for a cut-price deal.

The 26-year-old has been pretty much effective in La Liga this season, racking up 8 goals and 2 assists in 20 outings. It was under Barca’s new manager Quique Setien that Moren made his senior team debut with Betis.

Valencia’s Rodrigo Moreno appears to be the priority for Blaugrana, but no conclusion has been reached between both the parties during their recent meeting.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is another option on Barca’s agenda, whom Arsenal are expecting a transfer approach in the final week of the transfer window.

Barca’s poor away form continued with their defeat against Valencia at Mestalla. They are currently trailing Real Madrid in the league table.
