Manchester United enter race to sign Chelsea star
Manchester United have reportedly entered the race to sign Chelsea winger Willian, whose contract is due to expire at the end of the campaign.
The Brazilian has been with the Blues for the past six-and-a-half years but his future remains uncertain with the west London side yet to renew his contract.
According to Evening Standard, Willian has already turned down a two-year deal proposed by the Blues and he is unlikely to sign an extension unless the club offer him with a three-year extension.
The same outlet claims that Willian would prefer to remain in the Premier League next season and the likes of Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur are keeping a close eye on his situation.
Arsenal have also been credited with an interest in the Brazil international, who has contributed seven goals and six assists for the Blues in all competitions this term.
Willian recently scored for the second game on the bounce as the Blues sealed a comfortable 4-0 win over Everton in the Premier League. The club are presently fourth in the standings with 48 points.
