Bayern Munich enter race to sign Chelsea star
Bayern Munich have reportedly joined the likes of Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona in the race to sign Chelsea winger Willian this summer.
Willian has less than four months remaining on his Blues contract and he appears likely to leave on a free unless the club meet his demands for a three-year extension.
The Brazilian has already been linked with possible moves to Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona this year and The Telegraph claims that Bayern are planning to enter the pursuit of the attacker.
The Bavarian giants are set to reject the option to sign Philippe Coutinho on a permanent basis when his loan deal from Barcelona expires in the summer and Willian has apparently been earmarked as a suitable replacement.
Willian has fared impressively under Blues boss Frank Lampard with six goals and seven assists in all competitions. He has recently netted in successive games against Liverpool and Everton, having previously failed to score since the turn of the year.
