Barcelona set asking price for Samuel Umtiti
Barcelona are prepared to sanction the sale of Samuel Umtiti, who is reportedly on the radar of Premier League duo Arsenal and Chelsea.
The Frenchman has made 116 appearances for the Blaugrana since his move from Lyon in 2016 but he has struggled for gametime over the past 18 months due to injuries and competition for places.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, the La Liga outfit are prepared to cash in on the Frenchman during the next transfer window before seeking a suitable replacement.
Amid the coronavirus pandemic, it is suggested that the Blaugrana could part ways with Umtiti for a reduced fee of around £44m amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Despite his recent injury concerns, Umtiti is said to be highly rated by clubs across Europe and the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United are understood to be keeping tabs on the situation.
Umtiti, who was part of France's 2018 World Cup-winning side, has more than three years remaining on his existing deal with the Catalan giants.
