Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain want to sign Chelsea star

Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly leading the race to sign Willian from Chelsea when his contract expires during the summer.

The Brazilian's current deal with the Blues concludes at the end of June but he is determined to complete the season with the west London side.

The winger is likely to pursue a fresh challenge thereafter and Mundo Deportivo claims that he could seal a move away from the Premier League.

Both Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur have been credited with an interest in the 31-year-old but they are set to face stiff competition from Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain.

It is added that the European giants are eyeing something different in their respective squads and Willian's versatility and experience suits their requirements. 

Willian has been in contract negotiations with Chelsea for nearly a year but there has been no breakthrough. The attacker wants a three-year extension while the Blues are unwilling to extend his deal for more than two seasons.
