Barcelona enter the race to sign Manchester United defender
Barcelona have reportedly entered the race to sign Diogo Dalot from Manchester United.
Dalot has struggled for regular gametime since his move to the Red Devils from Porto in 2018 and he has made only 33 appearances in all competitions.
This has partly been due to the injuries sustained by him while he has also faced strong competition for a place in the starting lineup at United.
According to Marca, United are willing to part ways with Dalot for around £35m this summer but the Blaugrana are prepared to test their resolve by making a lower bid.
Dalot has played second fiddle to Aaron Wan-Bissaka for the right-back role this term but he is still regarded highly by the Blaugrana, having received a positive feedback from the player's former club Porto.
The Spanish champions have used Nelson Semedo and Sergi Roberto on the right side of the defence this season but they are considering the option of selling the former of those players.
Aside from the Blaugrana, Paris Saint-Germain have also been credited with an interest in Dalot. Les Parisiens have identified him as a replacement for Thomas Meunier, who will leave on a free transfer this summer.
