Arsenal interested in young Bayern Munich midfielder
Arsenal are reportedly said to hold an interest in signing Angelo Stiller from Bayern Munich during this summer's transfer window.
The north London side are unlikely to make any big-money signings this summer due to the current financial climate.
According to Bild, the club are deemed to be interested in the services of young midfielder Stiller, who is currently in the ranks of Bayern.
The 19-year-old has yet to make his debut for the senior squad but he has already amassed eight appearances with Bayern's reserve team.
His current contract expires at the end of next season and the Gunners are aiming to convince Bayern to part ways with their graduate.
Still, the deal does not remain straightforward with the German champions said to be value their youngster and they may only accept his departure with a buy-back clause included.
Stiller is a defensive midfielder by trade but he has also impressed in an attacking point of view. The 19-year-old has bagged seven goals and 23 assists from 78 outings at the under-19 and under-17 levels.
