Leicester City leading the race to sign Liverpool midfielder
Leicester City are reportedly leading the likes of Arsenal and Everton in the race to sign Adam Lallana at the end of the season.
The England international is currently contracted to Liverpool until June 30 but he could sign a short-term extension for the remainder of the campaign.
He is thereafter expected to pursue a fresh challenge and The Star claims that he has plenty of interest from clubs in the Premier League.
Arsenal, Everton and Newcastle United have all been credited with an interest but the Foxes are deemed to be leading the race to land his signature.
It is added that Lallana has a good relationship with former Reds boss Brendan Rodgers and a reunion appears a likely outcome during the summer.
Lallana has been a squad player over the past few years at Anfield and he has made only three starts in the English top-flight this term.
He has contributed one goal and one assist from his 15 league appearances.
