Manchester United to swoop for Turkish forward?
Manchester United have reportedly joined Everton in the race to sign Cengiz Under from AS Roma during this summer's transfer window.
The Turkey international has experienced an injury-plagued campaign with Roma and he has bagged only three goals from 20 appearances.
Still, he continues to be highly regarded by European clubs and Corriere dello Sport claims that United are keen admirers of the wide attacker.
United are on the search for a new right-sided winger and it seems that Under is one of their summer targets, having tracked his performances previously.
Roma are likely to demand around £27m for the 22-year-old and it remains to be seen whether United are prepared to make a formal bid to sign him.
Aside from the Red Devils, Everton have also been credited with an interest in Under, who has already represented his national team on 20 occasions.
Under has more than three years remaining on his Roma contract. He has previously been on the radar of Premier League side Arsenal.
