Manchester United are reportedly looking into a move for Napoli striker Arkadiusz Milik as they look to provide competition to Anthony Martial upfront.

The Red Devils have experienced a quiet summer transfer window and they have made just one signing in the form of Donny van de Beek from Ajax.

The club are currently looking to make more additions to the squad and Tuttosport claims that the Red Devils are one of the clubs, who are monitoring Milik's situation.

Milik has less than 10 months remaining on his contract with Napoli and he is free to leave the Serie A outfit, should any side meet their asking price of £17.5m plus £6m in add-ons.

United landed the services of Odion Ighalo on loan from Shanghai Shenhua in January, but the Nigerian has barely featured in the Premier League over the past eight months.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side have made a mixed start to the new season with three points from the opening two games. They recently beat Brighton & Hove Albion by a 3-2 scoreline with a last-gasp Bruno Fernandes penalty.
