Manchester United defender Eric Bailly has said that he is perfectly fine and he did not sustain a hamsting injury during the recent international with the Ivory Coast.

The centre-back has been with the Red Devils since the summer of 2016, but he has missed more than half of the club's games due to multiple injury concerns.

He was recently spotted holding his right hamstring while playing for the Ivory Coast against Belgium, but Bailly has insisted that there is nothing to fear. He added that his substitution was fatigue-related.

"Thanks for worrying about me. But I feel perfectly fine, just fatigue," He said in an Instagram post in French.

The Red Devils currently have four senior centre-backs in the ranks. Harry Maguire and Victor Lindelof have been the constants picks, but the latter was recently replaced with Bailly.

Aside from Bailly, Phil Jones is another option at the club's disposal, but he is no longer in contention. He has been linked with a possible exit after being left of the club's Champions League squad.
